Knowledge Management and IT (Essay Sample) Content: NameProfessorSubjectDateKnowledge management and ITWith the development of email accounts and online marketing, the reception of emails often become too much. In many instances, various newsletters and contacts as well as social media connections gain access to my personal email and often in different formats. I handle this volume through specifications to mails that suit my needs (Zarra 142). In some cases, certain newsletters grope about in their article selection which may not really interest me. For instance, a mail talking about cooking may not be welcome when I hardly know much about cooking. In such instances, I automatically send such mails to the trash box.
